Harvard University admissions policy is upheld.

Although U.S. District Court Judge Allison Burroughs finds the school’s process “is not perfect,” she declares that it shows “no discrimination against Asian American applicants.” The decision comes in a case heard a year earlier in response to a suit filed by anti-affirmative action activist and a group called Students for Fair Admissions. The decision is subsequently appealed to the U.S. Court of Appeals.
